Who it's for
This funding is for homeowners who want to make low carbon home heating improvements and lower energy bills.
To be eligible for the scheme, all of the following must apply to your home or household:
- You live in the Bath & North East Somerset Council area.
- Your annual household income and savings are £30,000 or lower.
- Your property has an Energy Performance Certificate rating of D, E, F or G.
What it's for
You could benefit from upgrades such as:
- cavity wallor loft insulation
- repairs to windows and doors
How it works
You will need to fill out a short questionnaire to determine your eligibility for the scheme.
There are limits on the amount of funding available, and all measures are subject to a survey.

- Household income details for the last two months
- Your home's current EPC rating (if you have one)
- Property type, age and whether you live in a listed building or conservation area
- Details of your heating system and any current energy saving features
- A short description of the energy efficiency improvement you'd like to make
