Get ready

You will need to provide:

  • details for the pupil
  • the date of the GDC meeting
  • the date the parent requested an IRP
  • the date the IRP meeting is arranged for
  • whether a SEN expert was requested
  • your name and contact email address

Supporting documents

You will need to upload a copy of the letter that was sent to the pupil's parents/carers.
