Get ready

You will need to provide:

  • details for the pupil
  • the outcome of the IRP meeting
  • the outcome of the Governors Review meeting
  • the date the pupil was reinstated, if applicable
  • your name and contact email address

Supporting documents

You will need to upload a copy of the letter that was sent to the pupil's parents/carers.
