The purpose of processing

To collect contact details to enable the Strategic Procurement Team to respond to queries raised via the contact form on the public website.

Visitors to the Procurement pages on the public website who wish to raise a query with the Strategic Procurement Team. This may include:

We will collect the following data:

Name

Email address

Any other data that you may provide in relation to your query

How is it used?

Your data will be used to enable us to contact you to provide a response to your query. Individuals who wish to enter into a contract arrangement with the council will do so via ProContract.
