The purpose of processing

The purpose of this form is to allow anyone to make an enquiry about booking the Keynsham Community Space.

This enquiry will be sent to the events team who will be in contact with you to talk about your prospective event.

Anyone who is interested in hosting an event inside the Keynsham Community Space.

This includes individuals or companies hosting private or open events for the public.

We will collect your:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number

This is for correspondence when getting back in contact with you about your event enquiry.

How is it used?

We will only use your information to contact you to talk about your booking enquiry and for your invoice creation.

We will confirm what name and details you would like to use on the invoice.

Personal information will be shared with our Finance Team for the purposes of invoicing.

How long is the personal data retained by the Council?

Your details will be held by our events team until your event has finished, and we will securely delete this 6 weeks following your event.

Your details will be held by our finance team for the purposes of payment, and will be securely deleted within 7 years.
