We will provide them with contact details and the contact details of any friend or relative helping with the application. We may pass on some basic medical information to help the builder help the applicant/disabled person. We may share relevant details about the case with Lendology CIC https://www.lendology.org.uk if an applicant is applying for a loan from them to top-up the Disabled Facilities Grant.
We may share relevant details about the application with the landlord of the property where the property is rented, as we will aim to ask for consent for the works from the landlord on the applicant’s behalf.
We may also share relevant details about the application with other Council departments such as Council Tax, Building Control, Planning or Highways, if it is relevant to the DFG application.

We Care Home Improvements (the Council’s commissioned Home improvement agency)
