How is it used?
Any personal data that has been inadvertently submitted will be received by the team leading the consultation and upon review they will remove any superfluous personal data that you submit where practicable. If the personal data constitutes an integral element then it may be anonymised or pseudonymised by changing details to such an extent that you will be unidentifiable, but the comments will still serve their purpose.

While there will be no automated decision making that impacts on individuals, the outputs of the survey may be summarised and reported on using Microsoft Co-Pilot, a commonly used secure Artificial Intelligence tool.
