Pledge 7 is about leaving care and moving on. As you approach 18, a personal adviser will work with you and your social worker as you move towards independence. They will make sure that your pathway plan reflects your needs, wishes, and the support that you may require. Your personal adviser will stay in touch with you until you're 25.
