The Draft Whitchurch Village Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council by Whitchurch Village Parish Council and was published for consultation from Friday 19th May until 5pm on 30th June 2017. Due to an administrative error the incorrect version of the consultation statement was published.

We are consulting with parishes on the draft Parish Charter. The Parish Charter aims to provide a framework for B&NES Council and our town, parish and village councils, as well as our parish meetings, to work together to serve the people of Bath and North East Somerset. Please note that the draft Charter covers all of these bodies, although allowance needs to be made for the differing legal framework of parish meeting areas. However, we have used the phrases “parishes” or “parish councils” for simplicity throughout the document.
