The Council’s Tenancy Strategy was approved in 2012.  The strategy advocates that registered providers of social housing adopt the careful use of flexible tenancies to help the Council meet local housing need.  Housing need has been reviewed this year and as a result we are proposing minor modifications to the strategic priorities.  We are inviting comments on the modified strategy.
