Sue Palmer, the Community Ranger met up with Lucy and Gary, who are both local to Sydney Gardens Bath, at 6am on Wednesday 21 April 2021 to record this podcast. Lucy Starling is a member of Bath Natural History Society & RSPB Bath District. Lucy's talks are full of insights and wonderful information about birds. Gary Moore is a sound recordist whose work can usually be heard on BBCSpringwatch.
Mindfulness in Sydney Gardens - free audio guide for a self-led session
Go on a journey through Sydney Gardens in Bath, learning about and practicing Mindfulness, using this 40 minute audio guide created by Huw Griffths from Mindfulness Bath. Pick up your smart phone and a pair of headphones. Make sure you take things you might need - perhaps some water, a hat if it's hot, a thick coat if it's cold, and something to sit on. As the Mindfulness Walk takes place in a public park, please remain aware of your surroundings and environment throughout the session - this is all part of being mindful!
