(THTTC2354, CHEAP STREET, WESTGATE STREET, SAW CLOSE, UPPER BOROUGH WALLS, YORK STREET, BATH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY MOTOR VEHICLES) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITON AND RESTRICTION OF PARKING, LOADING AND WAITING) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that on 1st October 2020, the Bath and North East Somerset Council made the above order, under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be that, subject to the listed exceptions, a motor vehicle must not enter, wait or load in the length of road(s) specified in the Schedule 1 to this Notice between 10am and 6pm 7 days a week and a motor vehicle must not enter, wait or load in the length of road(s) specified in the Schedule 2 to this Notice between 10am and 10pm 7 days a week.
The Bath and North East Somerset (THTTC2354, Cheap Street, Westgate Street, Saw Close, Upper Borough Walls, York Street, Bath (Temporary Prohibition of Use by Motor Vehicles) (Temporary Prohibition and Restriction of Parking, Loading and Waiting) Order 2020 will come into operation on 5th October 2020 and a copy, together with a Statement of the Council's reasons for making the order may be requested, free of charge, by contacting 01225 394041 or by email council_connect@bathnes.gov.uk.
