Clean to a standard agreed with the customer and monitor continually, to the individual requirements of both customer and location.

Rectify any reported service problem with 24 hours and, respond to all other requests within the timescale agreed with the customer.

Ensure that our Customers are satisfied with the service we provide

Ensure that our service staff and partners are polite and courteous at all times

Use customer feedback towards continuous service improvement and, measure our own performance with a major annual survey

Ensure, by annual review, that cleaning materials and equipment used are the most effective and environmentally - friendly available
