Validation of Planning Applications - The Local Level Requirements
Due to recent legislation changes, the Local Planning Authority was required to review and update the Local List of Planning Application Requirements. The list has been revised as of 20 March 2018.
The Local Level Requirements are available through the applicable 'Checklist' links found on the Downloadable Forms and Checklists web page. Please read the corresponding 'Checklist' for your application type before you submit your proposal.
The list will be subject to minor revisions on an as and when basis to reflect any subsequent changes to legislation or amendments to best practice.
