Before you apply

Thank you for expressing an interest to trade at Bath Christmas Market 2024; we look forward to reading your application. Please include as much relevant information in your application as possible including product descriptions, photos, and information about your organisation. This is not a first come, first-served process and all applications will be reviewed after the closing date on 8th May.

Things that you will need before applying; photos of the products you wish to sell, high resolution images for marketing purposes, a copy of your public liability insurance of a minimum of £2 million (if needing to be renewed before event starts, please send current one), and any association membership certificates, if relevant.

Due to the high quantity of applications we receive, we are unable to offer individual feedback on applications. Please note we review applications every year so previous participation in an event does not guarantee entry into this year's event.

All successful applications will hear back from us by the beginning of July.
