NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to install a Zebra Crossing on Lower Oldfield Park, Bath in conjunction with the installation of new traffic calming measures outside of Hayesfield Girls School.
A copy of the map, together with the Council’s statement of reasons may be inspected at the Councils’ One Stop Shops during normal office hours. Alternatively, the proposal can be viewed on the Council’s website www.bathnes.gov.uk; type the reference number given below into the search box.
Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in by 8th August 2018, either in writing to the Transportation Team at the address below, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
