The Employment and Skills Pod is a free service available to all residents of Bath and North East Somerset Council who wish to get back to work, change careers or up-skill in their current jobs. The Pod is made up of a partnership of leading engagement services in the county that support residents who may have been made redundant due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic, as well as those that are short or long term unemployed, require upskilling so as to keep their jobs, or are looking to change careers.
