Reducing rates of unhealthy weight is a national priority (identified in the Public Health Outcomes Framework - PHOF) and a local priority identified in the Health and Wellbeing Strategy. As part of this it is a new mandatory requirement for the council to deliver the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP).
Please see attached strategies, policies and guidance for the Bath and North East Somerset strategic approach to healthy weight management.
