Development that is defined as "highly vulnerable" in flood zone 2, "essential infrastructure" in flood zones 3a and 3b and "more vulnerable development" in flood zone 3a.
Applications for minor development* and change of use applications are not required to submit evidence of an exception test.
(*Minor developments are up to 9 dwellings or site up to 0.5 Ha, or floor space less than 1000 sq. metres or site less than 1 Ha)
