SouthGate is the first major regeneration project in Bath city centre for more than 30 years.  It has completely transformed and revitalised Bath’s southern city centre, replacing the 1970s Southgate shopping centre, car park and bus station with high-quality contemporary retail and leisure facilities and a network of attractive streets and spaces.

Working in Partnership with Bath & North East Somerset Council, Multi Development delivered the last phase of the project in September 2010.
