  • Overall satisfaction - Currently 78.72% of our customers are satisfied overall with the services we provide (Target 90.00%)
    Results taken from our on-line Waste Services customer satisfaction survey and exit surveys from two Waste Campaigns events

  • Staff Attitude - % of customers found our staff to be friendly, polite and helpful (Target 100%)

  • Treated fairly - % of customers that felt that they were treated fairly (Target 100%)

  • Professionalism - % of customers that felt staff were professional and knowledgeable (Target 100.00%)

  • Information - % of customers felt that the advice or information given was accurate and clear and where appropriate they were kept informed about progress (Target 90.00%)

  • Timeliness - % of customers agreed that we resolved their enquiries or delivered the servicewithin published response times (Target 90.00%)

  • Delivery - % of customers agreed that we delivered what was promised and dealt with any problems that arose (Target 90.00%)

  • Ensure that all correctly presented waste and recyclables are collected on the published day (Target 100%)
    Currently 99.97% of all correctly presented waste was collected on the correct day.
  • Make our collection services accessible for all customers including those with specific needs or limited mobility
    We continue to offer alternative collection arrangements to those customers that need it.
