This is a register of all applications made under Section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that the Council has received since 31 December 2005 and all applications made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 that the Council has received since 31 July 2016. The register contains details of earlier applications received by the Council which were still to be determined at that date.
