Please note: we will need to confirm your identity and address in order to process your request.

After we have received your request we will contact you and ask you to provide us with two forms of identity documentation, including one Photo ID, and one which shows your current home address.

For example, you could send us a copy of your passport and a copy of your drivers licence/a recent utility bill (utility bills must have been issued within the last three months to be valid).

Please be assured that we will hold this information securely, and will destroy any copies once they have been used to verify your identity.
