Once you have accepted our terms and conditions and submitted this form we will email you a code and link to pay online for the first 30 minutes. Business Advice is charged in 30 minute blocks. You will need to confirm your receipt number and then an experienced, qualified Trading Standards Officer will contact you to provide the advice and can give an estimate of the total time your request is likely to take.
