Respond to our Young People and Libraries survey

The Libraries, Information, & Advice Services (One Stop Shops) customer survey has now closed.

This ‘Young People and Libraries’ survey is specifically for 11 to 18-year-olds.

What we’re asking

We are running a short survey to find out what 11 to 18-year-olds think about our library services.

We want to know how you are using our libraries and digital services now, how you might use them in the future and get your suggestions for things you’d like us to offer or do more of.

Who we are asking and why

We want to hear from all 11 to 18-year-olds, so even if you haven’t used our library services before, take part and tell us why!

By filling out this survey, you’ll help us understand what you, our customers, need and want, so we can make sure our services develop in the best way for you.

To find out more about our library services visit our web pages or read our blog.

Next steps

We will use your feedback to understand the reasons why you might not use our service, the reasons you do, and identify any improvements.

This is the first step in how we’ll work with you to make sure our services develop in the best way, and you will have further opportunities to have your say on how our service develops over the coming months.
