Traveline provides travel information, timetables and journey planners for bus, coach and rail services throughout the UK.
So whether you're travelling locally, or further a field call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33 between 7 am and 10 pm (calls cost 10p per minute from landlines).
Nextbuses is the new way to get the next departures from any bus straight to your mobile phone. Live information is shown where available, otherwise scheduled times are given. So if you have internet access on your mobile, enter www.mytraveline.mobi into your phone web browser.
Traveline also have a text service available. Text Traveline on 84268 with the code of your bus stop and they will send you details of the next 3 buses at that stop.

Transport Direct provides lots of useful information on the best ways to get from A-Z across the UK, including times for trains and buses, train fares and some cycling and walking routes, too. If you already know where you're going and the way you want to get there.
