  • Road markings and road studs
  • Parking control markings and sign plates
  • Safety fences i.e. pedestrian and vehicle guardrails.
Objectives

The purpose of traffic aids is to assist in the control of traffic movement and parking.

The maintenance objectives are to:

  • Prevent injury or damage due to hazardous signs, markings or studs, and safety fences
  • Ensure that the equipment remains clearly visible and effective for the purpose for which it was intended.
