OFF STREET PARKING
Bath Car Park Permit
  • Available to any applicant
  • Permits available in the following car parks: Avon Street, Manvers Street or Charlotte Street
  • Max of two vehicle registration numbers per permit
  • Valid for one month, quarterly, half-yearly or annual
  • Can be valid Monday to Friday only or 7 days per week.
  • Permit does not guarantee a parking space.
  • Keynsham Long Stay Car Park
    • Available to any applicant
    • Allows parking in the following long stay car parks only: Lower Charlton Road, The Labbots, Fox & Hounds, Bath Hill East, Station Road, St. Johns Court
    • Max of two Vehicle registration per permit.
    • Valid for one month, quarterly, half-yearly or annual
    • Permit does not guarantee a parking space.

    ON STREET PARKING
    Bath Central Parking Zone On-Street Residents Permit
    • Available to individual resident applicants only
    • Allows parking in any valid residential on-street bays in central area only
    • Requires the applicant to provide proof of residency in the valid zone, and proof of ownership (or permission to use) the registered vehicle
    • Strictly One permit allowed per household, Max of two Vehicle registration numbers per permit
    • Valid for one year, Monday to Sunday Parking
    Bath Outer Zones On-Street 1st Residents Permit
    • Available to individual resident applicants
    • Allows parking in valid on-street residential bays only
    • Requires the applicant to provide proof of residency in the valid zone, and proof of ownership (or permission to use) the registered vehicle
    • One permit allowed per household, one Vehicle registration number per permit
    • Valid for one year, Monday to Sunday Parking
    Bath Outer Zones On-Street 2nd Residents Permit
    • As above, but requires applicant to have Outer Zones On-Street 1st Residents Permit
    Bath Outer Zones Visitors Permit
    • Available to residents only
    • Allows parking on-street in the selected zone only
    • Requires the applicant to provide proof of residency in the valid zone
    • Permits are based on hours, parking is activated/deactivated
    • Allows parking in valid on-street residential bays only
    • Residents can buy a maximum 1000 permit hours per year per household or 100 permits in batches of 25 or 250 hours
    • Hours expire at the end of each calendar year
    • Unused hours NOT transferable to the following year
    • No refunds for unused hours
    • Residents who reside in zoned areas who do not hold a resident permit may still apply for visitors permits (proof of residence still required)
    Bath Outer Zones On-Street 1st Business Permit
    • Available to businesses within residential areas.
    • Allows parking in valid residential on-street bays only
    • Requires the applicant to provide proof of residency in a valid zone, and proof of ownership (or permission to use) the registered vehicle
    • 1st of 2 permits allowed per household, one vehicle registration number per permit
    • Valid for one year, Monday to Sunday Parking
    Bath Outer Zones On-Street 2nd Business Permit
    • As above, 2nd permit allowed per premises.
    Keynsham On-Street 1st Residents Permit
    • Available to individual resident applicants only
    • Requires the applicant to provide proof of residency in a valid street, and proof of ownership (or permission to use) the registered vehicle
    • 1st of two permits allowed per household, one Vehicle registration number per permit
    • Valid for one year, Monday to Sunday Parking
    Keynsham On-Street 2nd Residents Permit
    • 2nd of two permits. As above, but requires applicant to have a Keynsham On-Street 1st Residents Permit
    Keynsham – Visitors Permit
    • Available to residents only
    • Allows parking on-street in selected residential streets only
    • Requires the applicant to provide proof of residency in the valid zone
    • Permits are based on hours, parking is activated/deactivated
    • Allows parking in valid residential on-street bays only
    • Keynsham residents can buy up to 800 permit hours per year per household
    • Hours expire at the end of each calendar year
    • Unused hours NOT transferable to the following year.
    • No refunds for unused hours
    • Residents who reside in zoned areas who do not hold a permit may still apply for visitors permits (proof of residence still required)
