Replacements & Refunds

  • If any permit is lost or stolen a replacement fee of  £10 will apply.
  • Displaying an expired permit pending receipt of a new permit may result in a Penalty Charge Nitce being issued.  
  • The electronic permit will only be issued to you once. When renewing your permit, you will need to complete the relevant application form and prove your eligibility, but you will not have to obtain a new card. Your update will be processed onto your electronic permit remotely.
  • To request a replacement please contact Parking Services via the methods given at the left hand side of this page.
  • If you change your vehicle or move out of the zone then permits should be returned and a refund will be made for complete months.
