A Century's Memories is a Lottery-funded community project to collect and share First World War stories and memories from our area.

From September 2017 to April 2018 groups of young people from Bath College, Keynsham Army Cadet Force and Midsomer Norton Cadet Force will be getting to know and interviewing older residents from across the district about what their families and communities were doing during World War One.  The resulting stories and memories will be collected in an illustrated commemorative book and will form the basis of learning resources for use by local schools.  The recordings and transcriptions of the interviews will be preserved for future generations at Bath Record Office.
