(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING) ORDER 2022

 

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of parking to all motor vehicles at the Pipehouse Lane, Freshford from its junction with the Warminster Road extending west for approximately 397 metres. USRN: 47961540

 

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road for resurfacing & rebuilding of soakaway on public byway 13/20. parking prohibition necessary so that building materials (including large boulders) can be delivered by lorry to the start of the byway, the road is too narrow for this if any vehicle is parked along it, by Bath & North East Somerset Council, operative from 4th January 2022, for a maximum period of 8 weeks. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
