Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to restrict temporarily vehicles over 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight in the full length of Sutton Hill Road from its junction with A368 The Street to Stowey Road and the full length of Church lane from its junction with Wick Road to Sutton Hill Road, except for access.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road consequent upon preventing damage to the road by Bath & North East Somerset Council and will be operative from the 15th July 2015 for a maximum period of EIGHTEEN MONTHS.
