Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to close temporarily to pedestrians that length of Footpath BA27/70, Nr Danes Lane, Keynsham from a point taken from the rear right hand corner of New Kingdom Hall heading in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 15 metres.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath consequent upon construction works by DBP4 Ltd c/o Property Options and will be operative from the 5th October 2017 for a maximum period of six months. However, the restrictions may not be effected for the whole of the period but it is anticipated that the footpath will be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessary to execute the works which it is anticipated will be for SIX MONTHS.

Alternative Route:

Pedestrians to use the existing public footprint to the front left hand side of New Kingdom Hall, along the side of the building to a point where it meets the existing footpath leading out to the High Street, Keynsham and vice versa.
