What we don't remove

We will not remove graffiti from the following:

  • Painted surfaces
  • Commercial properties
  • Extreme height

We are only responsible for dealing with graffiti on council property. Below are the details of other agencies, who are responsible for removal of graffiti on their property:

  • Telephone equipment including telephone boxes, kiosks, green boxes (junction boxes etc.): BT
  • Post boxes: Royal Mail
  • Gas distribution equipment: National Grid
  • Electricity distribution equipment (junction boxes etc): Western Power Distribution
  • Trunk roads (A4, A36, A46): Highways Agency
  • Bus stops: contact the relevant bus company
  • Railway bridges/structures: Network Rail
