NOTICE is given that having not received any objections to the proposal in the notice dated 11th September 2019, Bath and North East Somerset Council, in exercise of its powers conferred by section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, is to install a Zebra crossing on the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
