The School Finance Support Team aims to effectively and efficiently carry out the support services that schools have purchased under their Service Level Agreements.
A School Visit report is completed by the School Finance Officer and signed off by the school at the end of every school visit. The report records details of the work carried out by the School Finance Officer and the time spent at the school. A copy of the report is held by the school for future reference.
The helpline service is available from 9.00 – 16.30 from Tuesday -Thursday. Where all of the SFS Team have duties away from the Civic Centre office, messages can be left on the SFS team answerphone or email the finance officers direct. All messages will be answered as soon as possible.
