    Is a UK based charity. Information, help and support for people affected by eating disorders and, in particular, anorexia and bulimia nervosa.
  • Moodjuice
    Lots of free information and advice on troublesome feelings, thoughts and actions. Also has dedicated section for carers, providing information on various topics, for example, employment, money and benefits etc.
  • Bluepages
    Provides free information about depression. Information includes the symptoms of depression and how it is diagnosed, descriptions of different treatment options and links to other relevant sources.

    The Bi Polar Organisation is a user-led charity working to enable people affected by bipolar disorder (manic depression) to take control of their lives. Site includes publications, and self help techniques.
  • Triumph Over Phobia (TOP UK)
    Runs a national network of self-help groups to help people with phobia or obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) to overcome their problems using graded self-exposure.
  • Works to relieve and support those living with anxiety disorders by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy services.

    Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy programme. This programme, which is free of charge, has been written by a psychiatrist who has many years of experience using a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). It consists of 12 modules each focusing on a different life skill.

    Provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

    Is a national self help organisation that offers fellowship and mutual support to those suffering depression, and aims to overcome the isolation felt by many suffering with depression.

    The aim of this website is to provide useful information on the legislation surrounding smoking tobacco cigarettes and explains how individuals may help to keep England smoke free for everyone.
