DVD Consultation (Added Tuesday 30 April 2013) - Do you borrow DVDs from Bath and North East Somerset Library service?
We are surveying our customers so we can find out what they want to borrow and see if we are providing it.
Why the service is doing this;
As budgets become tighter we aim to provide what our customers want, so we are asking what they want! This will allow us to tailor our collection to customer requirements.
Changes in technology e.g. streaming (Netflix, Love Film etc.) makes us question the provision of DVD’s, how long will it be viable to do so. This survey will help us make decisions about the future.
How can you take part?
Go to any Bath and North East Somerset library and complete one of our surveys. If you have any questions, ask our staff.
The survey runs until 31st May 2013.
