You need to ensure that you have hand washing facilities hot and cold water, soap and hand drying facilities. Consider how you are going to store your water and where you are going to get more water from if you require it. Ensure that the water containers are cleaned regularly.
Have you considered how you are going to keep foods which need to be kept chilled at a safe temperature?
If you are cooking foods and hot holding them before serving them have you considered how you are going to keep them hot?
