The Registration Service aims to provide the highest standards of customer care and full compliance with statutory service standards.
The Register Office is subject to inspection by an account manager from the General Register Office; our next inspection is in July 2017 and the resulting report will be published here.
An annual report is produced detailing our current levels of customer satisfaction and how we performed against the Registrar General's service delivery standards and key performance targets.

The Superintendent Registrar Jacqueline Bennett is required to produce and publish a Business Continutity Plan, a Service Delivery Plan, and a Customer Service Excellence Strategy for the Service.
