Do you use our Recycling Centres? If so you now need a free electronic Recycling Centre Resident's Permit - the easiest way is to register online but we will also have forms for you to fill out at our roadshows.
We can answer your recycling and home composting queries in person and help you find out how to save money and cut down the amount of food you throw away. We can offer practical advice to help you make the most of your weekly food waste recycling collection, where to buy more compostable liners and how to line your food waste caddy with newspaper.

As part of the national Heritage Open Days, Bath and North East Somerset Council residents have a chance to see behind the scenes at the May Gurney Recycling Depot in Keynsham BS31 1SX. This is the depot where your weekly recycling is initially taken to be ‘bulked up’ before being sent to various places across the Guided tours only – places limited and must be booked in advance with Council Connect O1225 39 40 41. We will be offering four guided tours at 10am, 11am, 12 noon and 1pm. |
