Rights of Way Improvement Plan
Bath and North East Somerset has been working with Bristol City Council and South Gloucestershire Councils to produce a Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) which covers the period from 2012 to 2016. The ROWIP looks at the network of routes and considers how people use, or want to use those routes and then sets out our future work on public rights of way and access to the outdoors. We will look particularly at the needs of the public, including the needs of the disabled. More information on Rights of Way Improvement Plans can be found on the defra website.
