Our Volunteer IT Guides can support you with all kinds of digital challenges, for example, scanning a document, setting up an email account, downloading our e-books or accessing government or health information.
The volunteers are only available to provide support with IT – not the content of any forms or how to fill them out.
They are available Monday to Friday from around 11.00am - 5.00pm in Bath Central Library.
You can access this support by dropping into the library and, if no one is available, we can book you an appointment for an available slot.
If you would prefer you can call Council Connect on 01225 39 40 41 or email email@example.com with an approximate time and date that suits you and your contact details, someone will then get back to you with an available time.
