Sport and Fashion In this Olympic year, this special display at the Fashion Museum, Assembly Rooms, Bath, examines the close connection between active sportswear and fashion by showcasing examples of historic sportswear from the museum collection alongside modern fashions and the very best of today’s sportswear. www.fashionmuseum.co.uk

Free concerts Enjoy free weekly bandstand concerts in Parade Gardens and Royal Victoria Park on Sunday afternoons from May to September. Performers include the popular Bath Spa Band. Early birds can catch Bath Community Big Band and Durrington Walls Wind Band performing sweet brass sounds at Royal Victoria Park on 1st and 2nd April.

Folding Cosmos Bath with Paula Tew 28 April -5 May Experience a travelling ‘miniature universe’ through an exhibition of contemporary Japanese design and a series of Japanese tea ceremonies. Festival of Music and Sport The Sulis Sound Track Family Festival at Bath Racecourse combines music and sports activities on Saturday 21 July. There will be two stages featuring established andemerging artists as well as headliners including Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.
