The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) findings report is published as a background paper to the Submission Core Strategy. It presents a strategic overview/summary of the housing land supply position in Bath and North East Somerset for the next five years and beyond to 2026.
The Findings report contains an annex set out key changes from the previous version of the SHLAA. It should be read alongside Appendix 1 (site assessments and plans) and Appendix 2 (housing trajectory).
