Any representation will only be valid if it includes your name and address, including postcode.
PLEASE NOTE: Your comments will be viewable on our website as forming part of the available application documentation. Also note that due to the processes involved, there is likely to be a delay of several days after receipt before any such correspondence is displayed.

Due to the volume of correspondence received on applications it is not possible to acknowledge or respond to these comments. However, everyone who makes a written comment will be informed of the Council’s decision on the application.
Please ensure that any comments made are submitted within the 21 day consultation period (as representations received after the determination of any application cannot be considered). Any comment relating to an application should be based on its planning merits and must not contain language that is offensive, abusive or malicious.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot comment on a Discharge of Condition request or Non-Material Amendment (reference numbers ending COND and NMA).
