Copies of documentation - Photocopying 10p per A4, 20p per A3.
Copy of a Decision Notice £15, and £5 each for any other Decision Notices on the same property.

Pre-application advice (non major developments) - For this service the Council will charge £70 (+VAT) per hour for senior planning officers, £50 (+VAT) per hour for all planning officers including highways and conservation. These charges go some way towards covering the costs of officer time for providing this service.
Please note we will not register a new pre-application if you have not paid for any previous advice.
Householder Development Planning Questionnaire:
£30 (+VAT). Fees are paid in advance - we will NOT invoice for a request due to the low fee. Please follow the link to the form.

Written advice on the need for planning permission or listed building consent requires a fee of £30 (+VAT). Fees are paid in advance. Cheques are payable to Bath and N E Somerset Council and requests sent to Planning Services, PO Box 5006, Bath BA1 1JG.
The authority is unable to continue to cover the costs of these discretionary services without making the revised charge to the customer. The charges will be reviewed annually.
