Welcome to the Building Control Service information pages. On these pages you will find information and advice about the building regulation process and contact details of all Building Control staff. If you have a query about a building regulation matter please contact us.
We offer a professional, efficient and responsive service for all our customers on projects from small domestic extensions up to the large multi-million pound developments. The team has an in depth knowledge of the area and has experience with dealing with all types of work. In addition we offer a free pre-application consultation service to our customers.
Please note that Building Control have moved office to Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG (opposite the Police Station). We have a dedicated building control reception area for our customers on the first floor.
