With effect from Monday 21st November 2011 charges for certain discretionary services will be as follows (request and response by email or in writing only):-
- Researching historic files to provide copies of building regulation Approval/Conditional Approval/Rejection Notices and Completion Certificates........................................................£45
- Reasearching building regulation information from January 1995 (no copy certificates).......................................................................................................................£25
- Withdrawal of a building regulation application - if you wish to withdraw an application we will charge/retain a fee relevant to the amount of work we have already undertaken on the application.
