WE AIM TO:
- Ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service we provide (Target 86%).
81% of customers agreed service provision was good.
- Ensure that all service providers are polite and courteous at all times (Target 100%).
68% of customers agreed, with 18% neither satisfied or dissatisfied.
- Respond to reported service problems within 24 hours, complaints within 5 working days, and reply to letters within 15 working days (Target 95%).
All service problems, complaints and service requests were responded to within approved timescales.
- Provide Council-Approved vehicles subject to stringent Quality Control checks (Target 100 per year).
98% of Quality Control checks were carried out to schedule.
- Ensure that all drivers have been vetted by the council, and carry appropriate photographic identification (Target 100%).
All drivers are CRB checked and are periodically checked for identification.
- Ensure that transport is punctual and reliable (Target 100%).
79% of customers agreed transport was punctual and reliable.
- Ensure availability of staff to resolve queries and to provide information is adequate (Target 100%).
71% were satisfied with staff availability and 17% neither satisfied or dissatisfied.
